The staff was outstandingly accommodating and helpful to chat with. Double superior, brand-new rooms with 2 single beds. Clean pool for hot days. Brilliant, perfect location near the bus station. In our opinion - great price for this inclusive apartment.

personnel was pleasant. bedrooms were comfortable with comfy beds. they offered fine breakfast, food was fabulous. go to brasserie el mirador, situated close to the accommodation if you want to have an unforgettable evening.

nice building. staying within 15 minutes’ walk from playa de las americas was a big advantage. close to the airport, 35 min drive. we greatly enjoyed ponderosa from the moment we entered.
